Look what winter did to my porch! The concrete stairs were cracked already, but the snow and ice pushed it over the edge. The bottom step is crumbling more and more each day. Repairing the porch was on my to-do list, but this has moved it to number one with a bullet.

I’ll be waiting to see how you tackle the front porch. We are facing the same problem and can’t decide how to proceed.
My dad and I finally figured out the plan of attack today. Now I just need to go to the hardware store and find the right products for the job.
